Depending on the association and specific conditions or scenarios, amendments to association covenants may be required for optimal operation

Martell & Ozim, P. A. can work with a community association’s management to amend documents such as the declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions–commonly referred to as CC&Rs. In addition, other legal documents such as Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation may require this type of legal service.

A common reason to amend HOA or COA documents is to remove any obsolete provisions that no longer have value or contribute to the current conditions surrounding a particular community.
