Gina Profeta | Associate Attorney
Gina joined Martell & Ozim, P.A. after representing a Florida public university through their Office of the General Counsel.
Her prior role has brought experience advising a Board of trustees and university leadership on a broad range of legal matters, including regulatory compliance, governance, policy development, and risk management. This experience provides valuable insight into the legal and operational issues faced by association boards. Gina is committed to providing thoughtful, effective legal guidance and dedicated representation to the firm’s clients in all aspects of community association law.
