She brings a diverse real estate background to her community association and condominium practice, having managed transactions and land use matters for public corporation clients and a major theme park client, including acquisitions, zoning approvals, and complex development permitting, giving her a broad foundation in transactional and regulatory matters.  She provides valuable insight into the legal and operational issues faced by community associations and condominium boards.
